Refund policy

Last updated October 24, 2026

This policy covers payments for Qualifical’s plans (Plus, Pro, and Ultra) and credit packs. Payments are processed by Creem (creem.io), our Merchant of Record, which issues refunds on our behalf. It forms part of our terms of service.

1. Plans: refunds within 14 days

If you’re not satisfied with a plan, you can ask for a full refund of a payment within 14 days of it, whether it was your first payment, a monthly renewal, or the charge for an upgrade. When the refund is issued, the subscription ends at once, the credits it gave for that period that you haven’t spent are removed, and your account returns to the free plan.

2. Credit packs: refunds within 14 days if unused

You can ask for a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of buying it if none of its credits have been spent. When the refund is issued, the pack’s credits are removed. A pack whose credits have been used isn’t refunded.

3. After 14 days, and plan changes

Payments older than 14 days aren’t refunded, including for unused time or credits, or credits that expired, except where we close your account without cause (see the terms) or the law requires otherwise. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at your next renewal and doesn’t refund the current period.

You can cancel your plan at any time on the Billing page, from the menu next to Manage billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you’ve paid for and won’t be charged again. Cancelling doesn’t refund the current period by itself; if it’s within 14 days of the payment, ask for a refund as described below.

4. How to ask for a refund

Email support@qualifical.com from the email address on your Qualifical account and include the order number from your Creem receipt. You can also find your orders at creem.io/my-orders. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; how long they take to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.

If we haven’t answered within 7 days, you can contact Creem directly through creem.io/contact.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If something is wrong with a charge, please contact us first; we can usually fix it faster than a chargeback. Disputes raised with your bank are handled by Creem as Merchant of Record.

6. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and doesn’t limit, any rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. If you’re a consumer in the EU or UK, the 14-day refund above is at least as generous as your statutory right to withdraw from a digital service contract. We may decline refund requests that abuse this policy, such as repeatedly buying and refunding a plan, or spending most of a period’s credits and then asking for the period to be refunded, to the extent the law allows.
